Meet the Bejil Family

The Bejil family—Chris, Kassi, and their four kids—are the heart behind KD’s Animal Haven. Having called Springtown, Texas home for the past five years, they’ve built their lives around a deep love for animals of all kinds. Over the years, they’ve owned and cared for everything from dogs and cats to horses, cows, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and geese. That hands-on experience shapes the way they care for every animal that comes through their gates—with patience, attention, and genuine compassion.
